We are aware that some customers are experiencing problems reporting a missed collection. If you experience a problem, please try again tomorrow morning. At this time, please do not call our Contact Centre, as the problems are affecting their systems too.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we will alert you when the issue has been resolved.
All collections are made from the kerbside outside of your property between 7am and 6pm on your specified days.
If we've missed your bin, please allow us up to 6pm on the day of collection before reporting it to us, to allow for delays such as weather or roadworks.
You can check to see why your bin has been missed and providing the bin was not left due to one of the reasons we may not collect, inform us that your bin has been missed by submitting a request. Our crews will then return as soon as possible.
You must report your missed bin by the next working day, otherwise our crews will not return until your next scheduled collection day.
