Book a bulky household waste collection

First, check what bulky items we can collect and how much it will cost. Details are available on Bulky household waste webpage.

To request this service you will need to provide:

  • your contact details including your address and telephone number
  • details of the item(s) you want collected
  • where you will leave the item
  • payment details including a valid credit or debit card

When we collect your item(s)

You must have the item(s) ready for collection when the crew arrive. This could be on your driveway or in your front or back garden. We will not be able to collect from inside your home. If you live in a flat, the crew will normally collect items from the bin store.

If you are leaving out items such as sofas and mattresses, please cover them if the weather is wet.

Please empty all food from fridges and freezers before collection.

Items should be available for collection on the day by 6am May to August and 6.30am September to April. They will be collected by 4pm. Our crews will not knock on your door, they will just collect the items and go.

Please note that we are currently not able to make any amendments to your collection once it has been confirmed and paid for.

Please do not leave an item(s) on the road or pavement, or on public land as this is fly-tipping and you could be fined

Please note: Your items must be left outside, at the most accessible point to the road and within the boundary of your property.

Any soft furnishings should be covered to prevent them from becoming waterlogged.

We share the information you provide through this form within Hart District Council, to provide our bin collection services to you. We also share this data with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Serco who help us deliver these services. We have a data sharing agreement in place to do this. We will not disclose any information to other organisations unless we are required to by law, or to prevent fraud.
