October

Thursday 4 and 11 October 2018 - Interview Skills Workshop

Have you considered up skilling your interviewers to improve your retention rates?

An exciting new collaboration between Professional Executive Coach and Trainer, Sara Smith and the award winning local charity M3 Job Club (M3JC) who are delivering a unique opportunity to train your hiring managers to be more effective.

In addition to taking you through the process of successful interviewing, the workshop provides the opportunity to interview real candidates by conducting an interview with a local professional currently seeking employment, creating the most real-life experience compared to other similar training courses. You’ll also be helping a local successful charity as all profits go to M3JC to enable them to continue to support local jobseekers.

To register, please email your contact details to Lorraine at info@m3jobclub.co.uk and we’ll contact you to make arrangements.

If you have any questions about the workshop, please contact Maxine Hart maxine@wotestreetpeople.co.uk (trustee for M3JC).
