Complaint form

Please complete this form if you would like to complain about a service provided by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

If your complaint is about a service provided by Hampshire County Council, for example pot holes or street lighting please visit Hampshire County Council's complaints page.

If you are a resident of the borough and don't already have a My Basingstoke account, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for one but you don't have to you can continue as a guest.

• Pre-populate your personal details on many other forms, saving you from having to enter them again every time.
