The council has a number of parks and open spaces which they manage. Please detail in your application which space you want to use.

Please note that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council manage a limited amount of open green space where outdoor events can take place and therefore space is generally booked up in advance.

It is advisable to get any application in as early as possible if you plan use a public park as dates book up quickly and in most cases a year in advance.

Please also note that it is not possible to run events on designated sports pitches.
