Energy Efficiency Loans

We have set aside a pot of money to help homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their properties – this will also reduce residents’ energy bills and contribute to reducing carbon emissions across the borough. Improvements could include: insulation, replacement windows or doors, new boilers, upgrading lighting and any others where energy savings can be assured.
