Book a free home energy survey on ThermaFY's website

When you book your survey using the link above, you will receive an email confirming a date and a four-hour time slot.

On the day of your survey, you will receive a phone call at least one hour before a member of the Green Team arrives at your property. You will need to be at home for the duration of the survey and your home heating system will need to be turned on. It will take around one hour to complete. Upon arriving at your property, the member of the Green Team will show you their council identification card.

After your survey, you will receive your plan within 10 working days. Your plan will include easy tips along with more impactful energy saving ideas and grant information which could assist towards such improvements.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and feedback any comments you have.

Comprehensive full-home (retrofit) assessment

If you own a property that is more difficult to make energy efficient, such as being older, listed or in a conservation area, you may be eligible for one of the more in-depth comprehensive full-home (retrofit) assessments we have available.

Undertaken by consultants Insta Group, these take around one to three hours to complete and provide a detailed property report with specific energy-saving recommendations.
