Every member of staff has a crucial role to play in enabling us to go beyond for our residents and communities and ensure the borough is a happy place to live and work.
As an employer, we go the extra mile for our staff to ensure we are an employer of choice and attract and retain the best people to deliver our services to residents and communities.
Our People Strategy aims to ensure we have the right people with the right skills in the right job.
