My Basingstoke account feedback

Currently, if you sign up for a My Basingstoke account, you only need to enter your details once to be able to:

  • Check your council tax account
  • Make payments to us
  • Find out what days your waste and recycling will be collected
  • Sign up for the garden waste collection service
  • Request a larger recycling bin
  • Report issues such as fly-tipping, graffiti and litter in your area
  • Make a comment, compliment or complaint
  • Order tickets for certain seasonal events and pay via our secure payment facility.
  • Renew business and residential parking permits and pay via our secure payment facility.
  • Pre-populate your personal details on many other forms, saving you from having to enter them again every time.

We want to offer you an improved service through My Basingstoke and would appreciate your feedback.
