My Basingstoke Account
To make it easier for you to access our services online, the MyBasingstoke portal is no longer available. As a result of improvements made to our website, you will now only be asked to log in for services where we require additional security information from you, such as for council tax and benefit account queries.
If you would like to view your council tax and benefit account online, please sign up for an account. This will enable you to get paperless bills, view upcoming payments, change the way you pay, adjust your billing date and upload files to support council tax and benefit claims.
To sign up for or book any other service, such as Garden or Bulky Waste Collection Service please search the service you require by using the search box on the top of the webpage and you will be redirected to the relevant page.
What do I do now that MyBasingstoke is no longer available?
To make it easier for our customers, residents can search for the service they need using the search toolbar on the front page of our website, rather than log into My Basingstoke.
Waste services, such as finding out what day your bin is collected, ordering a new bin or signing up for garden waste and booking bulky waste collection, can be done by visiting our waste webpage.
Residents can also continue to report issues such as fly-tipping, a missed bin, noise nuisance and more more on our report it webpage.
