The Mayor is in a motorised wheelchair so consideration should be given to accessibility whilst Cllr David Leeks is attending your event, in particular please confirm if the following facilities are available:
Venue
Accessible friendly, for example, no steps or working lift. If the venue is a theatre, an accessible seat with companion seat to be arranged.
Parking
Reserved accessible space or reserved two regular spaces as wheelchair access is required to both the rear and the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Amenities
Accessible toilet facilities, to be able to accommodate motorised wheelchair and helper.

- Mayor introduced to – names
- Welcome speech - time and by whom
- Mayor's speech – time and subject
- Other speeches - time and by whom
- Mayor departure time
