Emergency out of hours service

Our phone lines and reception opening hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, we are closed on bank holidays. When the council offices are closed phone calls to 01256 844844 are diverted to our out of hours service provider, Cymphony.

If your call is an emergency and can be dealt with outside of office hours, Cymphony will contact a member of council staff on your behalf.

Calls about council tax, benefits or waste and recycling are not classed as emergencies, if you want to speak to us about any of these subjects please call back when we are open or visit the pages below.

Potholes, roads, footpaths and lighting

Please visit Hampshire County Council's website to report a pothole, road, footpath or lighting issue. For serious issues please report to the Police by calling 101.
