Did you know that to reduce the risk of harm to your health from drinking alcohol, it is recommended that

  • men drink no more than 3 to 4 units of alcohol per day and
  • women the recommended limit is no more than 2 to 3 units per day.

Note: This is for adults, there are no safe guidelines for under 18s.

Drugs and Alcohol Recovery Service (substance misuse)

Inclusion Recovery Basingstoke, also known as “The Hub” offers support, information and a range of psychosocial interventions to anyone over the age of 18 who uses or is affected by substances, whether this is drugs or alcohol.
