The purpose of the disclosure log is to give you access to information that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) has previously provided. This will be in response to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
We aim to publish all responses sent to requests in the disclosure log, for the previous three years. In some cases it may not be possible to publish all attachments. If this is the case a copy of the attachments can be provided upon request.
BDBC as a district authority does not provide all the services in the borough.
