Shared Legal Services provides legal services for Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hart District Council.
We support all council members and officers in:
- protecting all the council’s resources
- enabling the council to meet its objectives
- delivering the Council Plan
We are permitted to provide legal advice and services to public bodies such as housing associations and other councils but not to members of the general public.
