The Malls concessionary parking application

How to register or re-register

Read and accept the terms and conditions below and then complete and submit the application form that follows.

To complete the application form online you will need to:

• Provide your name, address and contact details
• Answer a few yes/no questions about your circumstances
• Provide details of your vehicle (where applicable)
• Provide details of your Blue Badge, including high quality colour image files showing the front and back of your Blue Badge (if you are renewing your pass card, this needs to be your new Blue Badge)

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a pass card which will allow access to the car park.

If you have difficulty operating the pass card system, and if you are the only person who drives the vehicle, we can arrange for our system to recognise the vehicle number plate, the barriers will then be raised automatically on entry and exit.

Should you require further assistance, intercoms are located on all entry/exit barriers as well as the pay stations, which are located in all the lift lobbies. The pay stations near to the disabled parking bays will also be equipped with cameras to help those Blue Badge holders who are not registered for concessionary parking to get assistance from car parking staff.

• your personal details will only be held as long as is needed for this purpose and in accordance with our retention policy

Terms and Conditions

You will need to agree to the following terms and conditions to request this service:

• You must be the holder of a valid Blue Badge, or be applying on behalf of a Blue Badge holder.
• Concessionary parking applies to any parking bay. The Blue Badge must be displayed in the vehicle at all times.
• Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council reserves the right to review the concessionary scheme on an annual basis.
• If there are any changes in your circumstances or your details, please notify Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council immediately.
• This concession only applies to the Alencon Link car park.
• This concession is only valid when the Blue Badge holder is in the vehicle.
