Basingstoke market

Markets have been held in Basingstoke since the original market was established by Royal Charter in 1622.

The market is held in Market Place at the Top of the Town and continues down Wote Street towards Festival Place.

General markets take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 9am and 4pm. Stalls often include fresh produce such as fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs and street food.

The stalls at the market often change, find out more about what is on offer on the Basingstoke Market Facebook page
