Coach drop-off/pick-up facility
Since January 2015 National Express services have been using the bus lay-by on the south side of Alençon link opposite the railway station and taxi rank.
The coach drop off and pick up facility on Churchill Way is still available for use by non scheduled coaches and regular Stagecoach services.
Car parking is available for people meeting or dropping off passengers at The Malls (Alençon Link) car park or Festival Place main car parks
