Please submit as much detail as possible about the property being nominated as an Asset of Community Value and about your organisation. Insufficient information could delay the nomination process.

Note: Community nominations may be made at any time, including after an asset has been put onto the property market. However, no restrictions on sale arise from a nomination- it is only listing which brings the statutory control over sale (the community right to bid).

Provided that the nomination is complete the council will make a decision within eight weeks of receiving the nomination.
