Developers forum

The council, as Local Planning Authority, undertakes ongoing liaison with representatives of the development industry. This has included a number of developers forums the last of which took place on 6 December 2021.

The forum brings together relevant stakeholders to discuss issues around housing delivery and quality. In the past over 60 attendees, including housing developers, planning agents, registered providers, master planners, infrastructure providers, architects and councillors have discussed relevant local issues and considered ways to ensure the delivery of the right number of high quality homes to meet future needs.
