  • Parking passes can take up to 10 working days for delivery, therefore please do not enquire if you are within this timeline.
    A replacement pass will be issued if all the records we hold for you are correct and we cannot locate your original pass.

    We will contact you if we cannot issue a replacement pass.

  • A replacement pass will be issued to you within 10 working days unless:

    • your blue badge details have expired, or
    • we can find no record of your details on our system

    We will contact you if we cannot issue a replacement pass.

  • Automatic vehicle recognition will only be provided if:

    • you have difficulty using the card machine, and
    • you are the only driver of your car.

    If both of the above apply, please submit this enquiry with your car details below and we will arrange for this to be set up within 5 working days.

  • To ensure we are holding the correct details on our ANPR system, please provide your car details below for checking.

  • You only need to notify us of a change of car if you have Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) in place.
    Please allow 5 working days for your car details to be updated on the ANPR system.

  • A paper copy of the renewal form will be sent out to the address you have provide above.
