Chineham Nature Walk

Starting from the footpath beside the scout hut on Hanmore Road opposite the turning for Mulberry Way, you will be able to join the Chineham nature walk. Download a copy of the Chineham Nature Walk leaflet below.

The meadow section of this route is unsuitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. To avoid this section follow the alternative route indicated on the map.

Down Grange Nature Walk

The complete walk starts from Homesteads Road and covers Down Grange Meadow, The Old Hedgerow and The Old Orchards. The walk is 2.5km (1.6 miles) long. Alternatively, park in Stratton Park and walk just the Old Orchards or the whole walk in reverse sequence. Another option is to park by the Walled Garden.
