Basingstoke and Deane Workforce Development Grant Scheme

The Basingstoke and Deane Workforce Development Grant Scheme (the Scheme) provides funding to local micro businesses and small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to invest in their workforce, equipping employees with new skills and knowledge to support business growth and organisational resilience as well as supporting the professional development of employees.

Funding can be used for a range of training activities but must respond to a clearly evidenced business need.

The Scheme is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
