- The prize draw on the Your Place feedback forms is open to residents aged 16 years or over in the borough of Basingstoke and Deane.
- Employees of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council are excluded from entering the prize draw but can provide feedback on Your Place magazine through the feedback form.
- The form will be drawn out at random and the winner will be contacted by the council. The prize of a £50 shopping voucher must be claimed by 30 June 2026. No exchanges or cash alternatives are available. If the prize is not claimed by the deadline, it will be forfeited.
- By filling in the feedback form and entering the draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data (name, email, telephone number) by the council for the purposes of the administration of the draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Anonymised comments from the survey may be used.
