East of Basingstoke and Redlands Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

The East of Basingstoke and Redlands SPD guides future development on the strategic housing allocations at East of Basingstoke and Redlands in north-eastern Basingstoke. It adds further detail to the policies in the Local Plan. The development sites will include approximately 615 homes with associated infrastructure.

The SPD was adopted in July 2017 following consultation on a draft from January to March 2017.
