Manydown Development Brief SPD

The Manydown Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted in 2016 to guide development on the strategic housing allocation at Manydown in western Basingstoke, adding further detail to the policies in the adopted Local Plan. Much of the site gained outline planning permission in 2021 but the SPD remains in place.
