National Express services arrive and depart from bus stop 'Z' on the south side of Alençon Link opposite the railway station. The bus shelter is marked with the National Express logo and additional information displayed inside.
The coach drop off and pick up point on Churchill Way is available for use by non scheduled coaches and regular Stagecoach services.
Car parking is available for people meeting or dropping off passengers at The Malls (Alençon Link) car park or Festival Place car park.
