National support
Countries around the world are facing rising goods and energy prices, inflation and cost of living pressures after the pandemic and the invasion of Ukraine.
The government is offering help for households. See what cost of living support you could be eligible for. This covers household costs, energy bills, childcare costs, income support, transport costs, help finding work and discounts and offers.
Regional support
Hampshire County Council has launched Keep Warm Keep Well, to help with the cost of living. There is information about the public services available, from food vouchers and hot school meals, to expert advice on heating your home and options to help reduce fuel bills.

Further help and support is available from Connect to Support Hampshire which provides resources to help you to look after yourself, stay safe, and connect with your local community.
Hampshire CVS Network
The Hampshire CVS Network brings together eight local charities dedicated to supporting the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector as well as local communities. Support is available to help smaller voluntary sector organisations as well as a range of local support for Hampshire residents including community transport and befriending services.
