Local Plan Draft Spatial Strategy Regulation 18 consultation 2025

From Friday 28 November 2025 to Friday 23 January 2026 the council held a consultation on the Local Plan Draft Spatial Strategy (Regulation 18). The statutory consultation asked respondents to give their views on the proposed spatial strategy and related draft policies and site allocations.

Outcome of the regulation 18 consultation

The council thanks all those who took the time to come along to the exhibitions, submit representations and help shape the Plan. The council is currently reviewing all of the representations received and outcomes will be published later in the year. For more details on the next steps please see the Local Development Scheme.
