Local Plan Draft Spatial Strategy Regulation 18 consultation 2025

From Friday 28 November 2025 to Friday 23 January 2026 the council held a consultation on the Local Plan Draft Spatial Strategy (Regulation 18). The statutory consultation asked respondents to give their views on the proposed spatial strategy and related draft policies and site allocations.

Outcome of the regulation 18 consultation

There was a particularly high response to the consultation, with around 5,000 representations made. The representations can be viewed on the council's CiviQ consultation portal.
