Basingstoke Golf Course Development Brief SPD

The Basingstoke Golf Course Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted in 2019 to guide development on the strategic housing allocation at Basingstoke Golf Course. It adds further detail to the policies in the adopted Local Plan. The site received outline planning permission in 2021.
