To request this service:

  • your property must be located within the borough of Basingstoke and Deane
  • you will need to advise us of your preferred house name, ideally with an alternative option should your first choice be unacceptable
  • a valid credit or debit card (we accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro) will be required for payment
