Request the Mayor to join your virtual meeting or event
Following the latest government guidance issued on COVID-19, physical attendance at indoor events is not permitted. The Mayor is available to attend outdoor events in line with the current COVID restrictions.
If you would like to invite the Mayor to join your virtual event, please complete the online Request Mayoral attendance form giving as much information about your organisation and the event as possible (no later than 10 days before the event). Completing the form provides the Mayor with the opportunity to find out more about the event and your organisation before joining.
The Mayoral Events Coordinator will contact you to let you know if the Mayor/Deputy Mayor is able to join.
