Call us on 01256 844844 if you:

  • would like to order a glass recycling crate or glass recycling bin
  • are unable to sign up to the garden waste collection service online
  • are ordering waste and recycling containers for a new property
  • are moving within the borough and wish to transfer your additional capacity approval to a new address

    By completing this form, you are confirming that:

    • the information provided in this form is true and correct
    • you understand that you may be contacted as a result of your application and may be asked to provide evidence to support your application
    • we may conduct a waste audit. If items that can be recycled are found in the waste bin, additional capacity authorisation may be removed
    • any false or incorrect information provided will result in the cancellation of your request and removal of the additional capacity authorisation
    • you will advise us if your circumstances change and you no longer comply with the requirements of the additional capacity policy
