Managing your Council Tax online

Login or register for a Council Tax account

Once you have registered and logged in, you can:

• check your balance, payments and discounts/exemptions
• view and print your bill
• make a payment
• set up a Direct Debit
• apply for a discount/exemption
• update your contact details
• request a payment arrangement
• apply for a refund of overpaid Council Tax
• request paperless billing

Register for an account

To sign up you will need your:

• account name
• Council Tax reference number
• mobile number

Once registration is complete you will receive an email advising you of your username and a link for you to set your password. Each time you log on you will be sent a six-digit authentication code by SMS to your mobile, which you will need to access your account.
