You are no longer able to order replacement garden waste sacks, you will need to transfer your subscription to a bin service and purchase a wheeled bin. Please call 01256 844844 if you wish to do this.
Bins are guaranteed for two years from date of purchase, but if found to be faulty within this time, they will be replaced free of charge. With normal wear and tear your bin should last at least seven years.

You'll need a valid credit or debit card (we accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro).
If you are in receipt of Council Tax support, housing benefits or housing element of Universal Credit, you may be entitled to a 50% discount.
