Ordering a bin, box or garden waste sack

Bins are guaranteed for two years from date of purchase, but if found to be faulty within this time, they will be replaced free of charge. With normal wear and tear your bin should last at least seven years.

• If your bin goes into the back of the lorry and this has been verified by the crew it will be replaced free of charge.
• If your bin has been stolen and you have evidence, report it to the police. As in all cases of theft the responsibility for replacement falls on the owner. Check to see if this is covered by your house contents insurance.

How to order a bin, box or sack

If the bin requires payment you will need to call us on 01256 844844 to order.

You'll need a valid credit or debit card (we accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro).

If you are in receipt of Council Tax support, housing benefits or housing element of Universal Credit, you may be entitled to a 50% discount.
