Active Wellbeing Strategy Consultation

We are inviting residents to take part in a consultation to share their views on physical activity, leisure and wellbeing to help inform a new Active Wellbeing strategy which is in development.

We are keen to understand your views towards physical activity and wellbeing and whether you and your family have access to facilities such as gyms, sports halls, community centres and parks in your local area.

Your answers will help us understand what stops you from being more physically active and using local facilities and what we can do to help encourage you to lead a more healthy and active life. Your responses are anonymous.

Have your say by completing the survey below by 5pm on Monday 8 December 2025.

Active Wellbeing Online Young People Survey – Schools only

We are inviting our younger residents to take part in a consultation to share their views on physical activity, leisure and wellbeing to help inform a new Active Wellbeing strategy which is in development.

As part of the engagement process, we are keen to understand the physical activity habits and barriers of children and young people within the borough. We have produced a short online survey for school pupils, and we would be grateful if you could coordinate the completion of the survey by as many of your pupils as possible.

Where we have undertaken similar engagement, pupils have completed the survey as part of their tutor time, IT or PHSE lessons.

The survey is aimed at children aged 10+ years (school years 5/6 and above) and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It does not require any personal data such as names and addresses.

Let your pupils have their say by using the link below or by scanning the QR code. The survey will close at 5pm on Monday 8 December 2025.
