The Local Land Charges team at the council maintains and conducts searches of the Local Land Charges register for solicitors and licensed conveyancers on behalf of prospective buyers.
A full LLC search with Enquiries of Local Authority, form CON29 will also provide information on matters such as:
- nearest highways
- planning histories
- environmental health
- traffic schemes
- housing
