Private rent scheme

Our scheme is a free, fast and flexible route to letting. As a landlord you will become part of the growing community of landlords helping to meet local housing demand.

Our private rent scheme matches you with tenants who are in a good position to start a long-term tenancy in private housing. You can manage your property and choose from the tenants we nominate.

The contract will be a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement between you and the tenant. The rent is not guaranteed from the council, however we can offer a bond or deposit. The property can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

Deposit bond

A deposit bond is like a deposit. It is an agreement with us and no money provided upfront. You do not need to use a deposit protection scheme. At the end of the tenancy you can liaise direct with us to make any claims.
