Please note that daily charges now apply Monday to Sunday
In all Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council town centre car parks, charges apply 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. There is no charge payable in any of the car parks on Bank Holidays. The only exception to this is Good Friday, when normal charges apply.

How to pay for your parking
You can buy a pay and display ticket on arrival by coin or debit or credit card.
Alternatively, you can pay using your mobile phone on the RingGo system. Simply download the app, register on arrival in the car park and de-register when you leave. You'll then be charged the relevant amount.
From Monday 12 April 2021, motorists will be able to park their vehicles in the borough council’s surface long and short stay car parks and pay through their mobile phone using RingGo with no additional charges. If you want to receive optional reminder texts then there is a 10 pence charge.
Register for RingGo or download the RingGo app and provide your mobile number, car registration number and your credit or debit card details. Motorists need to log their vehicle in at the start of their parking period and can extend this if necessary. There’s no need to find change for a machine and no need to display a ticket.
For business users and commuters from Basingstoke railway station, you can buy a Vyne Meadow Season Ticket or Business Permit.
